Kingsway Inspections offers professional home inspections, termite services, and more, throughout Dallas and the surrounding areas. We have been serving real estate professionals and their clients since 2016.
About the Owner
Lawrence Druga, owner of Kingsway Inspections, grew up remodeling homes with his family and worked with contractors and electricians as a teenager. In 2004, he earned his inspector’s license, inspecting homes for pest damage and moisture intrusion.
In 2016, Lawrence and his wife Beth founded Kingsway Inspections. “We focused on delivering top-quality work for every client. I’m grateful to the real estate professionals who trusted us from the start,” Lawrence says.
Kingsway Inspections grew into a multi-inspector firm with dedicated termite repair and treatment teams. Reflecting on a milestone, Lawrence shares, “When we first passed a million in annual sales, we thanked God for His faithfulness in providing for us and our employees.”

In 2022, the company relocated to Dallas for its more business-friendly environment and family-oriented community. Kingsway Inspections began offering general home inspections in addition to pest control services.
Lawrence Druga is a TREC-licensed home inspector and a TDA Commercial Certified Applicator with 24 years residential and commercial construction experience. He has personally inspected thousands of homes, numerous luxury estates, and commercial properties.
Lawrence loves being a part of the amazing DFW community. When he’s not working, he enjoys portrait photography, camping with his family, and being involved in his local church. He is married to Beth, his college sweetheart, and they have six children.
