2. COMPLETE INSPECTIONS
If you'd like to attend the inspection, we suggest arriving near the end for a consultation and Q&A session. Check out your YouTube© video summary for an easy recap of key findings.
3. GET REPORTS IN 24 HOURS
You will receive the digital report package within 24 hours. If ordered, you will receive the Repair Pricer™ PDF within 24 hours of report delivery. Your inspector is always available to answer any questions.

Scheduling Your Inspection
Our process is simple, and we’re here to assist! Call us at (972) 777-3303 to schedule by phone, or use the form below. We handle property access and use Realtor Supra boxes for your convenience.
To ensure thorough inspections, we book no more than two properties per inspector each day, with typical start times of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Saturday appointments are also available. We’re closed Sundays.
How to Schedule
1. Use the form below to select your inspection services and enter property details.
2. Choose your preferred date and time, and provide your contact information.
3. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email with a payment link. Complete your booking by submitting payment and agreeing to the terms. Unpaid bookings cannot be held.
After Booking
We’ll reach out to discuss any specific concerns and or questions.
Once your report is ready (usually within 24 hours), you’ll receive a notification email.
*Your privacy is important to us. We only use your information to contact you regarding your inspection. If you choose a package with Concierge Utility Setup, we will share your details with Move Concierge™, which uses it only to assist with connecting your utilities.
